Cognitive flexibility and lability is how quickly and comfortably you will abandon your error correction process and re-establish it, how open you are to switching from one thinking habit to another thinking habit, how quickly and easily you will switch task sets, how quickly and easily you will bounce from line of thought to line of thought, how quickly and comfortably you will alter a thinking habit, build upon a thinking habit, or create a new thinking habit, how easily you will understand a problem is to be re-framed... And most importantly, how easy it is for you to let go of an interpretation that appears to be dominant, dominant within the collective mindset, dominant within your own mindset. Similar to how you would behave semi-consciously within attention shifting, but, it's just, dropped, you're not looking for a new one.
Your lack of flexibility is always something you have learned or decided for yourself, you're not trapped. Your dominant overriding thinking habit. Your lack of lability a little less so, this has a little more to do with your natural capabilities within nervous energy and attentional structure, your level of intelligence, however you can most certainly learn how to tweak it better, understand your maximum capabilities and thereby be more comfortable within them.
A lot of you have learned to tolerate error correction fuckups and just carry on as though they never happened there's no need to question a thinking habit you're still basically getting it. I have hard locked subconsciously that maintaining my ego takes priority over allowing anything new to enter my ego, I can just kind of glaze over what I know to be true but I have a subconscious containment field that just kind of makes it blur, it's that other thing, that other thing outside of my ego that semi-consciously I know I pretty much basically get so it's fine. It's that confusing blur that I basically get so it's fine everything is still fine with my ego. There are certain angles of extremely low intelligence, cognitive processing power, that can make things feel a little solipsistic, you don't quite fully grasp semi-consciously the significance of self and other, it's hard for you to comprehend any way of thinking besides the way of thinking that is doing the processing. Early on you either have the option of auto-humbling yourself into you will never understand so just interact and be happy, or... Thinking you're capable of asserting and justifying your thinking so you click a pretty much uniform subconscious system of how you're going to pull this off. We give it the normalizing label closed minded. With you we sometimes kind of do it adorably. Very good you're closed minded. *head pat*
